Terms: contract is for 8 weeks beginning July 9-07 / Rate of Pay: $13.00 hr, 40 hours week completed Mon-Fri with some evening/weekends. Deadline for Applications: June 18/07.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: Processing Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable; Bank reconciliations; Disbursements; Maintaining accurate recordkeeping/filing system; Perform daily administrative duties; Support general CFCA events and activities.
Qualifications: 1 to 3 years accounting or business related background; Administrative skills/basic knowledge of Accounting Principles; Knowledge of ACCPAC or similar Accounting Software; Knowledge of @ease software system would be an asset but not required; Self starter, strong organizational skills, attention to detail/accuracy; Excellent verbal/written & communication skills; A suitable combination of experience and education will be considered.

Context: The Legal Resource Centre is seeking a motivated/flexible web technician to join our team. The major function of this senior level support position is the development, monitoring, and troubleshooting of all websites and services of the Legal Resource Centre, in consultation with the Web Librarian and/or other professional and support staff. This position is also expected to prepare communication tools, web pages, documents & presentations.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a 2 year technical diploma related to web application/design, specific technical skills in HTML language, CSS, Macromedia/ Basic Java, and general scripting, and a minimum of three years in a web-based environment.
